What counts as a resume screen?
One resume scored against one job description. Re-opening or re-ranking a resume you've already screened is free. Every plan gets a fresh allowance on the 1st of each month: 25 on Free, 300 on Solo, 400 per seat on Agent and 600 per seat on Agent Plus. Unused screens don't carry over.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, with no card and no time limit: 25 screens a month and one open role at a time. Close a finished role to open the next. Upgrade when you need more screens, unlimited roles or client-ready profiles.
How do seats work on Agent and Agent Plus?
A seat is one person. You choose the number of seats (3 or more) when you pay; you take one and invite your recruiters into the rest. Everyone works in the same roles and pipeline, and the screens are pooled across the agency. Add or remove seats yourself from Billing at any time.
What happens if I change plan or seats mid-month?
The new plan starts as soon as you pay for it, and we refund the unused days of your current month to the same UPI or card within 5–7 working days. No emails to support needed.
Razorpay's UPI screen says it may charge 'up to' the full price until 2036. Why?
That's how UPI AutoPay mandates work: the bank shows the maximum a single charge can be and how long the mandate lasts. You're only ever charged your plan's price, with the founding offer applied for your first 6 months, and you can cancel any time from Billing or your UPI app.
What happens to candidates' resumes?
They're used only to score and present candidates to your clients, never to train AI models, and are deleted automatically after 90 days without activity. Client-ready profiles remove candidates' phone numbers, emails and links, so clients reach them through you.
Do I need to install anything?
No. ProSuite OS runs in the browser on any laptop or phone. Sign in with your work email and a one-time code; there are no passwords to manage.
